Numbness

I think that while people all have different symptoms, the worst is probably the total numbness that feels almost like paralysis. It's like "how on earth can I drive when even my brain is numb?"

Coming in second in severity when it happens to me is probably the breathing difficulty.

How 'bout the rest of you? Is that numbness familiar, or do you suffer other symptoms without that?

I haven't experienced any numbness but I do end up with respiratory difficulties. In my case, it's the anxiety which builds until my heart feels like it's going to explode right out of my chest and then I can't breathe. At least it feels like I can't breathe. It gets so bad that I see spots and feel like I'm passing out.

No numbness yet, but I'm sure I'll be experiencing it soon. My breathing gets affected, my head starts to hurt (sometimes turning into a migraine, oh no), and my heart starts to pound.
